A professional with 20 years of proven track record in Sales & business development, customer relations, program management and operations, has demonstrated expertise in turning around businesses for profitability with an eye for P/L skills, strong sales acumen, SLA driven Delivery and Operations, long term Client Relationship Management and team management skills.
In his previous roles, he has headed the Sales & Client Relations for organizations and under his leadership, the teams consistently grew business in existing and new clients, successfully turned around business operations, strengthened customer relations and delivered assignments in customized engagement and delivery models. His strengths are in partnering to ensure success by exploring a win-win association with all clients with different models of engagement like Executive Search, RPO like Exclusive / Project based / Train & Deploy / Staff-Up models with clients, apart from the regular staffing models. He has been successful in engaging with RPO & MSP partners and built strong sales pipelines. He has been successful in volume hiring / ramp ups, mid to senior hiring, overseas placements and skill / industry mapping activities with his clients.
